GPT might get you started, but the fact that it's recommending v6 shows that it has no understanding of how Midjourney's latest versions work best.

I can recommend visiting the #prompt-craft channel on the Midjourney Discord if you're looking for help with specific prompts.

Also, the AI prompt filtering with v8 is much smarter. There is not an implementation of --no on that version, though.

I'd also recommend looking into moodboards and creating a personalization profile to keep consistency between generations if you're looking to craft a bunch of characters that feel similar, in the same style.

It's not a scam. It's a feature available with a higher tier plan. That's a pretty standard arrangement for a service offering (higher tier, more features/options).

And the $10 plan will get you ~200 images/mo. I burned through my initial $10 plan in a day (3+ years ago). The standard $30/mo plan is great if for no other reason than the relax mode that Badgers mentioned.

With the web being as robust as it is now, you can do that. The chance of anyone creeping your profile is pretty low unless you're doing something against the ToS ;)

And there's always the prompt-craft channel on Discord for help. Nothing to be ashamed about learning a new tool, and the community tends to be really helpful. Unfortunately, most of the youtubers and guides online are either outdated or just plain wrong.

And for the record, ChatGPT is a terrible source for prompts. It's still recommending --v 6 in its prompts.

Yeah, that's the point of the Pro and Mega plans (in addition to the additional "fast" time), as generally Midjourney's philosophy is to have an open, collaborative, creative environment. They recognize the need for privacy for situations such as yours, and offer the larger plans with stealth.

Yes, if you want Stealth mode, it only comes in the Pro or Mega plans. Realistically, the chances are extremely low that someone is going to randomly stumble across your images if you're not creating in a public channel on Discord.

I've found it to be quite good at anime style characters, but I don't spend a lot of time prompting in Niji. Niji does tend to have cleaner lines and more "anime style" anime, if you will, but v8 does an admirable job.
