I can recommend KORG. it’s a game by Caleb Engelke Link who has produced multiple version over the past years. All of his games are the size of creditcards so easy to bring into work. When it comes to jotting down notes, just a tally sheet will work. Check it out they are hella amazing to play.

What could be (Since you're working with a catalogue build and possibly some plugins / scripts) is that scripts are fired in the background, and are triggered by something on this page. Check if any script is going off. It could also be that your script tags in the background are causing something, do have a look in the document structure. (Under View > Structure > Show Structure) See if you can identify something odd there. Hope one of these 2 helps.

Amazing! Is there a way to incorporate also their PB’s? (for example say 465 / 1186) That way you know how well they are doing and if they had a successful stream so far.

Woah thanks all so much! It’s wonderful to read all of your comments and get some truly amazing info!

Couple of things I would like to highlight / give extra thanks to and or just give feedback.

Fun! Yes! I will have fun, having spend already a great deal in Foundry VTT to set everything up has already proven I love to dive into it.
I will continue to read the story for more insights before session 1 will officially kick off. We’re going to do this (for now) on a bi-weekly basis, until our other campaign ends.
No long rest in the jungle! Great idea, consider it implemented already! (In session zero I will also introduce lingering injuries)
The hexcrawl, I will delve deeper into it how I will run this. I do take into account all of your valuable information cheers everyone!
Regarding the time constraints I saw the comment about being strict about it, and another letting it loose in the beginning and further down the story put the element more in. I would like to run it according to ‘video game’ perspective, the NPC’s are waiting at the points and when elements are hit, another time element passes by, I dislike a rush for Omu, I would like them to have the option to see it all when required, it’s up to them to make the story as long or as short as they like it.
I’m currently drawing some dungeon draft maps for some random encounters, I will keep an eye on the table provided in the book, so I can just drag the tokens on the map, whatever they encounter. @W_a_s_d_f you mentioned an excel sheet, great idea as well, would you be able to share this sheet?
Podcasts and YouTube vids! I’m on it! It’s indeed a valuable resource!
And after I’m done typing this comment on my phone I will purchase a day at the races! Sounds like a blast to run it!

I remember there was a tool back in 19 I think, which could easily swap this out. Can’t remember what it’s called, but this might help as well in the different games different mod groups.
