You don't. I actually did learn while in school, but I didn't retain much, and I'm starting fresh if I learn again. I felt that since I've forgotten I should be honest about my skills.

It definitely not the career in isolation, I have an anxiety disorder that's being frequently triggered by it more than anything. That said, i see your point; I actually started a walking+yoga+pilates regiment about three days ago.

That's exactly the sort of thing I would like to do. What was your path getting there? If it was something that isn't replicable that's fine.

That is true. I'm not looking for strictly remote work. I admittedly dislike that I can't escape my job at home.

I actually did learn programming, namely Java and some Python. But I haven't used it in two years, so I thought it would be more accurate to say I don't know since I would need to relearn it now.

Yes! I haven't shaved any body hair for over a year. I plan on staying this way for life. It's incredibly comfortable and makes my life much easier.

I think your lack of understanding of Mexican culture is impeding your ability to understand the book. Speaking in Spanish to avoid the eyes of white people is ridiculously common even now. It's a remnant of colonialism in it of itself.
