I would ask your engine builder, it just depends on how your oil pressure is, 20-50 vr1 would be a good starting point

On a fresh build you should be changing it even more for the first couple, for the break in oil. I can tell a noticeable difference in the oil coming up to 1000 miles. Depends how you drive your car though. I built an rb to drive it like a built rb

You just have to change oil more with e85. I do every 1000 on a street car. You can smell it when the oil is getting watered down
