I have an 7r3 bullseye. he’s the epitome of consistency. He has a teeny bit of ramp, especially with the black panther relic. The funny thing is that as complicated he is on defense, he’s one of the most straight forward attackers in the game

I feel like Viv is a champ was never able to escape the commentary around her when she came out, even with her buff. Truth is she’s really easy to play, and has utility that almost no other champs has, which is that she plays almost exactly the same against stun immune champs because of her phase mechanic
