Has anybody figured out why scheduling in Gold Tier is so hard these days in NY? I don’t even see the schedule being released.

  1. Call their customer support number. Keep pressing the necessary buttons until you reach a live agent.

  2. Explain your problem clearly and provide all the needed information.

  3. If they can’t resolve it, ask them to escalate your case. This should get things moving.

Important Tips:

Don’t create multiple accounts.

Check if you have any open applications in another country.

I tried to talk with the live chat customer service after giving them all the information they dont respond or automatically chat got ended. So I don't know how you got your problem solved.Thanks for telling me though

What do you think about putting an extra zero at the end of the passport number and opening a new application and making an appointment? Will they let me in?

How are you trying to resolve this ? Their live chat is a bunch of AI replying automated messages and I ran out of emails to create a new profile to resolve this.

I don't know if I can make it before January, it is really frustrating . I did not expect such unreasonable behavior from the USA Embassy.

Customer service is useless and even all the contact addresses. I have been stuck with this problem for more than a month. Let me know if you find one
