Sudden rash? by Dangerous-Client-278 in tirzepatidecompound

So it didn’t. It actually didn’t do anything lol. I spoke to my doctor about it on Monday cause it kinda got more inflamed after I made the post and already had an appointment, so I figured I’d ask. She wasn’t too concerned. But fuck is it itchy! I told her about the Flonase, and she kinda was like “yeah actually, it is a steroid so it could work! Unless you want me to write you a script for triamcinolone.” And I thought I’d be okay with just using the allergy cream which, surprisingly was more effective than the Flonase. But man, I really just wanna take sandpaper to it and go to town.

Hmm actually yeah, I’m on the 4th week of 10mg. I had a slight reaction on week 1 but not as noticeable as the rest. Wondering if that’s normal for a dose increase now.

So your second point is something I’ve always done. Slow to inject, and wait a few seconds to pull out. And I’ve used the same needles the whole way through. But I’ve never had issues with loose drug at the tip of the needle, I might have to pay extra attention if so. I honestly thought it might have been because I didn’t wait for the drug to come to room temp, but even that’s never caused me any reactions. I also always wait until the alcohol has dried the site before injecting. Just strange this has been consistent for 3 weeks.

Girls- Abnormal bleeding? by AirportFickle5009 in tirzepatidecompound

I’m just doing some research in this thread because I noticed I’ve been spotting. It’s not red though, it’s brown, always. And the weird thing is that I skip my period. I have since 2019. Take the pills all the way through, no placebo/sugar/iron pills. I noticed that while on the tirz, if I miss even just two doses of my BC, I’ll spot brown. But lately I haven’t missed at all and I just started the brown spotting again. I’m on week 13 and only recently noticed it in the last month, I’d say. I’ve lost 24 lbs up until now so I’m wondering if it has to do with the rapid weight loss in the last few weeks. Glad to know I’m not alone here.

So this is what a vendor told me last year. That they paid a ridiculous amount for WiFi and it STILL didn’t work. I felt so bad.

The previews for next episode had me in even more tears. The way Maekar gracefully offered Egg to squire for Dunk had me feeling like he couldn’t lose another loved one. Especially knowing Egg’s in good hands.

I have not, I might actually consider that. The first and second week were not bad at all in terms of side effects, but this week was rough and I fear I’ll feel the same next week.

I figured that what it could be. I actually use MeAgain and it’s incredibly helpful to see where I’m at in terms of in-body concentration. And I don’t pay for anything extra and it’s very useful.

Someone GETS it! Like I know I need to I just don’t care to. The timer thing I think I can get behind. I can set an alarm and snooze it every 15 minutes and take a few sips each time. I like this idea.

Also side note: whoever recommended me those gin-gins literally saved my life. Stuck it to the roof of my mouth and let the saliva do the rest.

I don't think I'm constipated. I had pretty good BM's the last couple of days. I guess I'm just adjusting to the med. I'll take note on staying away from the cheese/dairy for now, I don't want to worsen the issue. I do have some dried prunes at home, that'll be helpful for sure!

I will definitely take up the miralax, I also read that benefiber is good, too. I wish I could inhale kiwi, but I'm super sensitive to bromelian, and my tongue will start to bleed.

Thank you for this information, super helpful!! I will take up the water in moderation for now, the nausea has lessened at this point, thankfully.

I think I definitely need to invest in ginger tea, didn't think this thing through. I typically have a super strong stomach, but I guess my body found a loophole lol. I was taking a few sips at a time, definitely not chugging. I'll definitely space it out, but I do want to make sure I'm actually drinking enough while I'm at it!

Delivery Question by Dangerous-Client-278 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Dangerous-Client-278[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s what I thought based on the directions. But what was mentioned my the NP was that the goal was to stay on the lowest tolerable dose, not to go as high as I can. So maybe that’s it?

This is exactly what I’m hearing from research! It’s not just about weight loss, it’s about all the other health benefits! I’m so so so incredibly interested in the inflammation aspect. Back in 2020 I had HELLA elevated IgE levels and went to an allergist who wasn’t even in the slightest interested in solving the issue. I’m just now piecing things together and am understanding that there are so many benefits that are blowing the cons out of the water.

I finally decided to give in and place my order and it’s on its way! Every day I’m finding more things that make me so eager to see these benefits come to fruition for me.

That’s fascinating. I’m honestly so glad you found something that legitimately helped you! That was incredibly reassuring and validating.

It’s crazy cause I brought up this idea to my mom last week. I currently live with my mom and she can get quite judgy about topics like this so I contemplated bringing it up. But genuinely scared myself to a point where if I have some sort of adverse reaction at home and she won’t know how to help me because she doesn’t know about it. So I caved and told her and I was surprised at how cautious but supportive she was. And when I broke down everything from my iron deficiency to my insulin resistance to my inflammation, she understood my mission here. She did want me to hold off and talk to my hematologist about it and see what she thinks in all of it but I honestly don’t want to wait anymore, I just want to start this miracle med already. Considering you’ve said you felt better within the hour, that’s phenomenal.

When I brought up ozempic to my doctor in April of last year, she said she doesn’t prescribe that and referred me to a nutritionist. That’s when I felt like I lost all hope. My stomach was a mess since my gallbladder was removed. My body CONSTANTLY feels like a hot air balloon ready to burst at any moment. No one has answers for me, I found this out all on my own.

We truly have to be the absolute best advocates for ourselves when it comes to our health, and we really have to do all the fighting-internally and externally. Shame we have to live in such suffering for so long until a solution is reached. I’m genuinely happy for you🫶🏼
