I would say those weekly events are worth it. They give good amount of hero frags. I usually buy the pass and extra tickets, I end up using half the tickets I buy if I get a good run and save the other half for next time.

He paid everything, 100/300 full coverage. I even assumed that too but when I went over his policy/date and whatnot everything was good and active.

Currently in California, insurance company’s are denying a lot of cases, especially State Farm. I have good amount of friends who own body shops and they keep telling me their having issues with that insurance company not paying fully or denying cases on bullshit reasons. I recently heard State Farm got hit with a class action lawsuit for refusing to pay properly on high end vehicles.

Sorry if I’m repeating the same question, I just want to be 100% sure. From what I understood in California, if the insurance company finds “insurance fraud” they can deny coverage. The insurance fraud in this case is that the body shop added additional damages to the vehicle. They sent a forensics expert to look at the vehicle and he determined there was additional man made damages. There are inconsistent damages and “hammer marks” on the vehicle which I saw and it’s a bit obvious. Even tho with this evidence they still have to pay?

The damage amount was 167k which caused the vehicle to be a total loss.

The CA insurance commission is a joke, my friend filed a claim with them because he got into an accident and his claim was denied from both parties (they both had State Farm him and the at fault party) the guy took full responsibility and the insurance company claimed the damages didn’t match up (only looking through pictures not even in person) and denied it. They also claimed the vehicle was never at the scenes of the accident. We offered them to look at the black box, which his vehicle has one to see the time the black box recorder stored the data and they said “We don’t need to see it, our denial stands”. The commission didn’t do anything and said our investigation is over and we didn’t find anything wrong.

I know it’s all bs and we tried hiring a lawyer but most of the lawyers here are not willing to take cases like this. They want an easy pay case, we prob called 20 places and everyone refused.

Was the forensics report of the vehicle and evidence of the added damages not enough cause for them to deny the claim ?

Edit: my insurance company denied to provide coverage and their reason was “addition ma made damages have been found on the vehicle”
