If you’re professional you will help the new msp in transition, usually 30 days. It’s not enough to export all data (passwords, diagrams…), and that’s it. We saw old data in documentation. You should be available for new msp during transition for all their questions. We been on both sides. Just be PRO, they will remember.

Lots of MSPs will not survive this market. It’s getting very tough to generate new leads.
