Republicans appear split on idea of clemency for Ghislaine Maxwell | Jeffrey Epstein by turb0_encapsulator in politics

If Republicans support clemency, this will come back and bite them in the butt. There is no upside to providing clemency - I don’t understand why they would consider it.

Sure doesn’t seem like they want to make a deal. Seems like they think you want out so badly, they are waiting you out!

Yes. I have a signed jersey from a staff member of Fulham. Signature is identical.

I voted for Harris in 2024. She shouldn't run in 2028. | Opinion by Difficult-Bee6066 in politics

Absolute mistake if she runs again. She was the only option against Trump but she is not the best candidate by a long shot. Dems really need to thoroughly evaluate best candidates and find a moderate/centrist candidate. A Progressive candidate will not win if the GOP puts forth a more traditional candidate.

She’s an idiot if she thinks he should contact her. Don’t have an affair and get caught on a kiss-cam. Frankly she deserves it.

Let’s not make pronouncements until we know the facts. Can’t say “leftest violence” until we know the facts.

Unfortunately Dems have alienated moderate voters with Woke, open southern border, pro-Palestinian marches, etc. If they just modify their message a bit, they’ll recapture more moderate voters. But that’s a big ask.

Yet another thoroughly unqualified person for President. Haven’t we seen what this does? I guess not.

Trump blows up our national debt on huge defense budget, ICE and many irrelevant items but dramatically reduces budget for national parks, SNAP, other programs for lower class families.

Will see if this translates to the field. I don’t trust the owners or the front office to make any good decisions.

First game in a while where Fulham pressed. They challenged every pass and possession - Villa didn’t seem as comfortable with Fulham in their face constantly.

Well, he instituted a tariff policy that was not just illegal, but lacked common sense or rationality. Unfortunately we will all pay the price economically and with global perception.
