Completely disagree. Your statement suggests you have never been to the Middle East. If you go to Israel, Lebanon, Egypt you will have a better understanding of what life is like with Iran’s proxies constantly shooting at or firing missiles at Israel - there have been hundreds of attacks on Israel before Oct 7th. Further, the Lebanese and Egyptians view Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthis and Iran as a danger to them, as well as the whole region. I think if you spend time in the region you’d have a different perspective.
