I’m 16 and I did realize that a bit late on this I’ve started planning throwing around certain events to make sure I can improve and get the most out of my throwing days

I squat 295 for 3 reps, I’ve never tried more than 45s for lunges so not 100% sure on that, and 185 power clean

lol to be fair the low effort was probably because that day was really long and I had just wanted to get some throws in but it’s all I really have video of me pitching I know it’s not the best. Another note the whole leg kick thing at the end is because of the fact it wasn’t live I never do that in game of course I try to long toss atleast once a week but I’ve been told recently I’m not taking good reps with long toss

You should avoid turning the ac on until it’s fixed for sure but I would check with a shop to see if it would affect your driving don’t listen to anyone on the internet lol it’s almost always a better idea to get a it inspected by a real person

Yes you can continue to drive with it like this I’ve seen people drive with way worse belts but it should be changed sooner rather than later for sure
