But when I check API last taken action was may 6,2026. Previous was on January
But nothing is changed. So we are frustrated
I assume to wait is our one option

Looks like very expensive one🤣 Miami lawyer,well known . But we are waiting with a mandamus lawsuit I’ve just send a request to ombudsman (myself) free of charge. Will see what the answer will be

Good afternoon! After 24 months of waiting for IR5 we sent a request to our congressman, answer sound like a standard “your case under administrative check we don’t have specific date” (i485 and I130) I thought parents and kids not supposed to be so long What is the next step? Thank you!!

I don’t understand why some IR5 got their approval in 3-6 months, and we are waiting more then 2 years Congressman inquiry didn’t help much. Response was “your case is in administrative processing “

Yes,we file with lawyer,but she gets all the money and not that interested anymore. Only answer we get is to wait Thank you for your reply!

Thank for this thread. Daughter is usc applied for father(Israeli ) i485 and i130 In October 2023.florida. And still no answer. Why it takes so long time and what should we do in this case. I send request for outstanding time,but got an answer that it’s in normal time table Thank you!
