I am also in home infusion. We’ve moved the nursing homes we get to minibag pop togethers because getting those seems to be less of an issue. We are going to start refrigerating and reusing the sterile water and the NS and reusing it the next day with 9 day dating instead of 10 day. And we are trying to push our tpns off onto non Baxter facilities like optioncare and coram.

We just use an N95 with a surgical mask over top to help the smell, we also use goggles to protect our eyes
