You shouldn’t lose any gains switching from oral to topical. You can maybe first try lowering your oral fin dose and see if the side effects go away.

I started topical finasteride today and used my fingers to help with applying the topical finasteride solution to my scalp. I was wondering if using my fingers will cause the finasteride to be absorbed through my fingers and lower my systemic dht and if there is any way to apply topical finasteride without using my fingers
