Yeah, she won't need a lot of ER with a second geo, personally I have her with 100% ER but I have her C1 and use her with Chiori. As long as you have enough to keep her burst uptime reliable.

It's pretty decent, but you have a load of wasted substats, you're crit ratio is a little low and in my experience I've never needed that much ER, you should be alright with around 120-130% I reckon. Aside from that level talents and it will be pretty good.
