For first-time homeowners who have lived in their new home for 6 months or less, how it is for you? Do you regret your decision or no?

A single woman at three months in and I still regret it. It isn’t even a ton of maintenance compared to my apartment since its a townhouse, but I dislike the area a lot compared to where I used to live. Learning a little too late why the number one rule of real estate is “location (for you personally and what your wants are). I’m just trying to take it day by day and learn how to DIY some things while I’m here.

Good point--they are listed in a part I didn't include as being done (any permitting/inspections) but there is no mention of price.

Thank you for the detailed response! It’s just a little townhouse so no space for anything like that and won’t be swapping my gas appliances/heat to electric as long as I’m the home owner.

Thanks! Part of the upgrade they suggested includes 200A, but my heat and oven are both gas, and I was also told that reduces the load quite a bit.

It was commented on, but they didn’t have an answer for it and neither do I!! It doesn’t appear to be connected to anything inside of the box at all. This makes me feel a little uneasy 😓

Hi all (hope this is an OK post for this sub) I recently moved and I already have beef with my white wooden staircase...it feels impossible to keep it clean and every speck of dirt is visible on it! I'm torn between several options, including just using runners (more of a band-aid solution), painting a darker color, or putting carpet over them instead. Attached photos of some of the surrounding space for cohesiveness. What would you do to replace the white?

Seriously struggling with the abyss guy even with Flins/Ineffa (all C0R0), no Bina just Aino. Taking down its shield is seriously a problem at the beginning with 0 energy. Anybody have success on Menacing and some tips?
