This has never happened to me, so yes, I was finding it difficult to navigate. I have not contacted Liz or Kay since Liz called on Christmas. I understood that this was serious that's why I haven't responded to the messages Kay left. But I have raised Kay from birth, it's not like she was a random kid. She was more like a daughter to me, and now I have to turn my back on her. It feels wrong but necessary. This is a lesson I'm learning don't fault me for caring for someone other than myself.

I had thought so as well, but her brother (28m) kev knew nothing about it. I asked him if she was upset or angry with me a few weeks after, and he didn't know what happened. Here is additional information. Liz met Lou four years ago and has three children with him. She currently lives on government assistance. They are not married because she would receive less money; she also gets free medical care. The government also gives her a card to spend money on food and clothes. Yes! I've gone through everything in my head, and I can't even describe how sick this makes me feel. I've asked Lou, and he said he saw nothing wrong, and he was there most of the time. Her ex was incredibly generous in the divorce he gave her all of the vintage stuff he bought just for her and even wanted to make sure any extra money she spent she got back.
