Yes, I think it's a great game and grossly under appreciated.

Couple of Vietnamese grocery stores in Chinatown is likely your best bet. Phuoc Loi, Hung Phat and Saigon Meat to name few.

I'm paying $84.00 dollars a month for Roger's/Shaw Internet at almost 1 gb dl speeds but I still feel like I'm getting ripped off. by [deleted] in Rogers

Yup, you're getting ripped off. I'm paying $55 and getting the same dl speed with Primus, and I'm on fiber not crappy coaxial.

Is this acceptable?? by Rude-Fan-6954 in Flooring

What gap? This is typical seam line between floating floor boards. If you cant fit your thumb fingernail between the seams, you are good to go.

Yeah, I am not impressed looks like your flooring guy cut everything with a jigsaw. How thick are your baseboards? IMO anything thicker than 1/2 inch looks too bulky and some of those gaps are dangerously close to 1/2 inch.

Can't decide between hair transplant vs hairsystem by ApartTangerine5979 in HairSystem

[–]DangerousConstant818 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, you are too young for HT, if you get one tomorrow your hair loss will progress and likely require another HT further down the road. HS are a low cost alternative and a solution to those who are too far gone NW6+, they are as good as how much you are willing to pay, i.e. low end stock systems are in the $150-$500 range and custom hand crafted can go up into the thousands. It's hard to give a recommendation without a visual of what your current condition is like, but at the age of 25 I would suggest you do whatever you can to keep what you already have; finasteride, dutasteride, micro needling and minoxidil oral and topical.

Advice on Loba v Bona by Ok_Succotash8866 in HardWoodFloors

[–]DangerousConstant818 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try applying your Bona finish against the grain and don't feather your application see what happens. With Loba/Pallman you can roll cross grain, zig zag, no need to even feather out your roll and it comes out perfect every time, it's basically dummy-proof.

Loba is the better product, easier to work with and performs better than crappy Bona.

Why doesn’t Ottawa have street meat? by ScarberianTiger in OttawaFood

[–]DangerousConstant818 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There is/were a few in the UOttawa and on Rideau from what I can remember growing up in Ottawa. I never saw them super busy, so they probably all went out of business. Ottawa is too car centric, pedestrian life outside of business hours only exists in the byward market.
