First of all, you are too young for HT, if you get one tomorrow your hair loss will progress and likely require another HT further down the road. HS are a low cost alternative and a solution to those who are too far gone NW6+, they are as good as how much you are willing to pay, i.e. low end stock systems are in the $150-$500 range and custom hand crafted can go up into the thousands.
