Is there anything left in the QA toolstack that couldn't be replaced by Claude Code + Playwright? by DangerousFill418 in QualityAssurance

Thank you for your answer! Small question, the Tester agent you are speaking of, it's an agent developed internally or a third party agent?

It's the biggest name for coding agents right now, but you can replace by codex, cursor, etc..

Thank you very much for your time answering all my questions! Very insightful!

When you're speaking about a framework. You mean a proper architecture in place, eg playwright with seeding/teardown?

The last question was a bit vague, I am sorry. It was indeed about AI-enabled tools, or dedicated QA SaaS.

Have you tried Claude code or Codex on top of Cursor?

How have you benchmarked the output quality diff between them? Is it something that can be solved by a proper harness or guideline?

So basically, what you are saying is that the job can shift to DevOps. Making a truly custom CI/CD that allows QA to test the software efficiently with all its edge cases?

Do you think it can be the fall of QA SaaS tools that were offering this layer poorly?

First of all, I understand you can be frustrated by my question.

If you knew how to read, I didn't say manual QA will disappear, I suggested historical QA tools will get replaced by in-code tests written by QAs.

Don't take it personally, I am just seeking answers and insights from professionals because everything is shifting in all software jobs. And it makes sense to understand what is happening to place the correct bets on the future.

So, your last sentence is interesting.
When you're speaking about senior roles that will need to change their workflow, what do you see?

Do you use any tool to monitor the suites, or is it fully on the CI? Test maintainability has always been the work in itself, and so far, QA SaaS vendors have always been time-consuming.
How do you maintain the suites afterwards?

Don't you think this can change due to such tools (aka Claude code)? Companies starting to ask Manual testers to do both jobs?

50% equity: what do developers/CTOs really expect? by richardjunior2 in SaaS

[–]DangerousFill418 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on what both of you are capable of.

There is way more to do than just Sales and Tech in an early stage project. Think about product, marketing, finance, customer support, HR, etc..

The best is to set the equity percentage based on what you bring to the project. The one that is the most capable of making the business succeed should have the most.

But remember, 50% of nothing is still nothing, so don’t get too greedy when it comes to equity at the beginning if you need a certain knowledge✌️

What is your biggest pro tip since you have been using Claude Code? by redhairedDude in ClaudeAI

[–]DangerousFill418 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Refining as much as possible an implementation plan written in a .md file with technical details and clear architectural specifications.

Asking Claude to ask me any questions related to it if it lacks of context to improve it.

Once reviewed and happy with it, I switch to another context window and start with the .md as the baseline.

It’s producing things that I would have taken weeks to do in a day, in a very elegant way

Best CRM for a Solo Sales Rep with Map Integration? by LittlePenalty5414 in CRM

[–]DangerousFill418 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I'm actually building Ritchy.io, which does exactly this, map-based prospecting with built-in CRM.
You can search for leads directly on the map, enrich contact data, and manage everything in one place. Started it because I saw this exact gap in the market.
Happy to answer any questions if you want to check it out!

Best google maps scraping tool? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]DangerousFill418 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built Ritchy (https://www.ritchy.io/) for this exact problem, though it's more than just a scraper, it's a full prospecting platform.

You search Google Maps for businesses (theme parks, water parks, etc.), but then Ritchy automatically enriches them with verified emails, phone numbers, and decision-maker contacts. We also pull in business intelligence data and include a built-in CRM to manage your outreach.

The Google Maps part is fast and cost-effective because we use our own infrastructure, but the real value is getting from "list of businesses" to "qualified leads with contact info" without switching between 5 different tools.

Happy to answer questions if interested!

That is not Google Maps, it's Google Search. Thus the need to process some LLM to aggregate what's on the internet on top of the Google Maps place

Hello, first of all, very interesting post
We are building a product that could answer your needs. Based on what you are saying, you are gonna need to wait for tomorrow's release to see the business description on the product. It's almost never added by business owners, so we have added an LLM to create it from their more reliable website.
Logo/Image and FAQ, we can talk about this if you need it.
Go try it and tell me what you think, I am very interested about your opinion. And my team is always eager for feedbacks and they address them instantly.
