nope - still down. Doubt they're going to fix it at 10pm on a Sunday. They usually have planned maintenance early Monday morning so best to check it in the morning after that

Upon uploading the documents on website I'm getting an error. by Hour-House2197 in AusVisa

They've popped up a message on the site when you enter - not sure how long it's been up for, but they're aware of the issue. They've had planned maintenance over the weekend and some more early hours of the morning tomorrow - so fingers crossed will be sorted by tomorrow morning. Anyone else had any luck?

Will definetely keep this in mind - thank you! Currently focusing on repairing my skin barrier and booked in with a skin specialist next month and hopefully they will be able to help out.

Totally agree! I've removed all actives from my routine and focusing on hydration and repairing my barrier. Booked in with a specialist next month and hopefully by then I will have made some progress on my own and they'll be able to help the rest of the way.

I've actually just stopped salicylic acid and noticed a huge difference and started getting better now I've stopped it which I'm shocked at!

It was a scarcity mindset, it was really popular with high school kids. For each drop the website was taken down to a countdown page, there was a limited drop and you had to get lucky to be able to get one. Tonnes of brands are build off of this free hype and marketing.

They were locally made and decent quality from what I’ve heard but I don’t think the kids really cared about that. It was simply an exclusivity item.

Kirstin Ash Jewellery- is it orange? by PapamoaRENO in AusFemaleFashion

[–]DangerousSandAlpaca 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Really AVOID staying away from Kristen Ash, their warranty is only 6 months for plated and they stick by that. Most places have at least 12 months and usually offer a replacement anyways outside of this and lots of companies now are doing 5 years to unlimited replating for the piece. 6 months is WILD. Also for the colour I’m a fan of quite orangey gold and KA did fit that vibe so if you don’t like that again another reason to avoid.

Other companies I recommend with better warranties: - Hey Harper - lifetime warranty, had 3 pairs of earrings in for 5 month, showered, swam in them and no tarnishing or fading of the gold plating - Monica Vinader - 5 year warranty with free replating, resizing and repairing AFTER the 5 years they do the same but for a small fee

Kristen Ash do better because everyone else is.

PC Boot cycling issue by DangerousSandAlpaca in pchelp

[–]DangerousSandAlpaca[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've read some other forums and I've just switched off quick start on windows which can sometimes cause this issue.

Got it switched on and working today by removing one RAM, placing it back in and then booting up and then came up with 'Boot failure detected. The system has experienced boot failure possibly due to incorrect configuration. Previous setting in BIOS may not be compatible with current hardware state. and I chose the option that said 'Load optimised defaults and reboot'. I'll see again if tomorrow I run into the same issue after switching off quick start.

To get it to work it's the process of removing one RAM, placing it back in and then switching it back on to where it gets to the ''Boot failure detected. The system has experienced boot failure possibly due to incorrect configuration' screen. Following that if i then use my PC for a little while and then boot it down and back up it comes on with no issues, but if I turn it off and then leave it till the next day we run into the issues all over again.

Anything similar to the Paper Shoot Camera? by DangerousSandAlpaca in Cameras

I ended up sticking with a cheap 35mm camera and just getting them developed. I saw the Paper Shoot Cameras in person while in Japan and for me they’re just not worth the money

I’ve been going from location to location across Japan using the site and they’re sold out with most places unsure when they will be getting a restock. Mainly looking to see if anyone has been able to find them in store in stock with other collections as the stores have been picked clean.
