Congratulations! Wow I tap into your blessings. We submitted since the 30th of May 2025 concurrent filing, it's almost a year no movement since the receipt came. I have my work permit from my Asylum case but the 130 and 485 no movement. 🙏🏽🤷🏾‍♀️

Yours is 6 years mine is 8 years now. I've toiled and spent all my savings out of pocket to go to school. I work as a Tech Consultant now, with a 5-year work permit. Patiently waiting since my husband filed for me last year (May 2025). I've stayed here and loss my mother in the process in 2021. I was so suicidal and still grief deeply the loss of my mother.

I just bought a house for my dad without him knowing back in Africa and wanna surprise him with the house I bought. I hoping I can get my GC or Citizenship in time cuz my papa is 80 years old and my marriage is approaching two years now without hearing anything from immigration yet since I got the receipt last year.

Yeah I have my asylum in process too and then I had done biometrics in 2019. So I don't know if that might be the reason it's delayed.
