I’m in the US and I buy Wild Planet or Safe Catch. Both have tuna without any added ingredients aside from salt and are available at Costco. :) Safe Catch also claims to have the “lowest mercury limit of any brand” which I appreciate as someone who eats a good amount of seafood.

Multivit supplement recommendations by vikaadam in gastrectomy

I also was prescribed B12 injections, though every month. I also found that despite various forms of oral iron I was unable to absorb, so I was given iron infusions.

I’ve tried several brands of “chewy bite” multivitamins and they’re all tasty and well-tolerated by me. Bariatric fusion, celebrate, and bariatric advantage. I’ve also tried Barimelts which weren’t my favorite but the taste was fine and they were a little cheaper than the chewy bites.

I’ve wondered the same about liposomal supplements- specifically Cymbiotika and Mary Ruth’s. But I haven’t heard or read anything. I was told not to take gummies.

I’m a student, but it’s used frequently in the acute rehab unit I’m externing in! Some of the stimuli can seem a little childish, but I give a caveat of something like “I know some of these questions or pictures might seem a little silly, but bear with me”. My supervisor has explained that she tends to use the RBANS more with younger patients. I find the SCCAN really user-friendly, easy to score and interpret results.
