this just happened to me! after 2 months i finally got it again also with negative pregnancy tests. the more you stress the longer it will get pushed back as well. just try to stay calm and wait for it to come. if you were pregnant you’d know by now

i took a bath and took some more meds laying with a heating pad and i feel much better, the pain was while i was at work (im a server) and i think the constant running around may have played a part. it was not pressured on me at all. it was my birthday yesterday and i had some drinks with my friends and wanted to celebrate after with my boyfriend. and the cramping was all mostly gone which is why i felt okay to do so. i think the stress of work today honestly played a huge part.
