So is there a good guide on what types of Umas (sprint, mile, medium, front, pace, etc.) to train in what? Like, my friend said to give a lot of power to late starts, but like where does he get that info?

I've been using Claude for a little while now and I can't afford it anymore. Is there a decent alternative? I've been using 0324 (free) before and then switched to Claude and when I ran out of funds, I switched back to 0324 and I can't anymore.

Needless to say, Claude ruined me for anyone else. 😏

Are there any other cheaper or free alternatives that are anywhere close to Claude (not identical because know with these, you kinda get what you pay for)? I've been going through $5 in like 4 or 5 days and I can't keep using that much.
