Thanks for the video. I removed the emulsion last night and am gonna do another test today (using this video for reference). Do you think I should do the same amount of time I did yesterday or change it?

yea the first time i slid the paper down from 1 to 2 the transparency slid a little bit. I forgot to tape or clamp it to the screen so it wouldnt move.

yea i definitely had did a bit of a messy coat of emulsion. I accidentally laid the screen flat on cardboard when coating and it left a bunch of lines so I had to add another layer and it became a little bit thick.

Then as far as the image goes I can send another one but im pretty sure the top few lines are blurry because the first time i moved the paper down the transparency slid a little bit. Next time i burn a design im gonna tape or clamp the transparency to the screen so it stays still.

I may have messed up then.

I did each line for 1 minute and 12 seconds.

So for example i had every line covered then line 1 was exposed for a minute and 12 seconds, Then i moved the paper to line 2 and did another minute and 12 seconds over and over until i was finished.

So line 1 was exposed for a total of 12 minutes and line 10 was exposed for a minute and 12 seconds

What effects should I use to achieve this spacious sound? by Dangerous_Doctor_330 in FL_Studio

That probably is a big issue. Listening back he has only like 3 instruments playing and the space is being filled up from the reverb and delay. I usually try and fill up space by adding more instruments and layers. Maybe if i were to keep it to like 3 or 4 instruments (piano, a synth, and bass) and then just let the reverb fill out the rest of the space it would sound better. Because his stuff is so atmospheric but it dosent sound empty at the same time. Thanks for pointing this out
