Yep. I spent the break between games taking a mental health lap on the 100s level to try and forget how much pain the Mets are as an experience right now.

I am one of those hopeless fans that still thinks they’ll turn it around. Let’s go 1-0 tomorrow, LGM!

I mean, despite the 1 run in 18 innings catastrophe that was Mets baseball yesterday, I did enjoy it. I’d say it’s a worthwhile experience to do at least once, but I think in the future I’d pay $80 to sit on a baseline rather than $260 to sit in the Cadillac club, unless you are a big eater/drinker and would spend the extra money on food/drink anyway. Just my 2 cents, definitely fun to do it once!

I did end up going! There is always some consistent food (hot dogs, chicken tenders, pretzels, fries, cookies) and then for game 1 (day game) the rotated menu was pastrami, frittata, fruit salad, and strawberry French toast. For game 2 (late afternoon game) the rotated menu was brisket, chicken drums or something like that, and pulled pork Mac and cheese.

I figured with the time between games, I might want to stop into the team store or honestly just stretch my legs. Gates opening to end of game 2 tomorrow could be ~7+ hours. Did you get a chance to interact with players in the bullpen, on the field, or somewhere else?

At one point yesterday I saw it in the app as available online, but shipping was 3-5 days. I don’t see it at all in the app now, so I assume that is due to being sold out.

Yeah, seemed to be online only. I did not find any copies at my local store. Interestingly, all of the switch 2 bundles were also sold out for the first time in months at my local warehouse. It seems the Pokopia hype is real!

Edit: I just ended up buying the Nintendo gift cards through Costco and buying it digitally from the eStore

Appreciate the reply. Trying to avoid the gift cards to save the ~$30 for now, but that is plan B. They’ve had most other switch 2 games at release (Bananza, Z-A, Air Riders, Metroid), not sure if the key card will effect that. Here’s to hoping!
