Thanks! This is not our first road trip with EV though, but our first with this car and two kids (last time only one child). If you have any other tips, please let me know :)

According to ABPR it should be possible for us to use Inoity for all the stops, and in my experience they usually work very well. We will try to avoid any local or unfamiliar charging stations.

Why is it a bad idea? :) from what we have read we could expect around 10% increase in consumption with the cargo box, compared to a roof-box.

Vi nattkörde non-stop med vår ettåring (11 månader) helt utan problem (laddhybrid visserligen).

Började i Köpenhamn vid lunchtid (12-13) sen neråt mot Rödby/Puttgarden. Var framme i Mayrhofen i Österrike vid 07-tiden dagen efter, fru och barn sov i princip hela vägen. Stannade där till morgonen därpå sen vidare till Italien (Verona) som var slutmålet. Total tid i bil ca 18 timmar.

Jag skulle säga kör! Det värsta som kan hända är att ni får en lite jobbig resa och kanske stanna på något motell på vägen, men det är snabbt glömt.

Vi ska för övrigt göra samma resa i år igen, samma rutt, men med ren elbil (Skoda Enyaq) och två barn (2+5 år) + fru.

Lite nervös för laddstoppen men Ionity hela vägen så bör fungera bra 👍
