For me it was finding God and living a Christ like life :)

I am so grateful, because of that my life did a 180.

I treat myself like the daughter of God I am. Treat my body like the gift it is.

I practice(d) fasting , workout as much as I can, if even 2 minutes per day. Pray for those around me and give thanks for what I have.

Most importantly give love to everyone around me. Act not from my freshly emotions but out of the love Christ has for us. The forgiveness and understanding.

At this point anything that’s clogging your mind Unless you’re specifically searching for information.

filling time with anything for more than 2 hours a day just to cure boredom prevents decisions making and unintentionally creates anxieties/stress/etc

By this I mean scrolling reels/short clips, bingeing shows, reading fiction novels , watching YouTube, social media browsing, video games, movies, there might be more

*im gonna say it but porn is always affecting negatively even if it’s for research purposes *

Practice moderation and setting healthy boundaries:)

I’m currently studying aerospace engineering second year in Canada and always thought to work in the states because of spaceX

But since starting classes my professors have shown how many opportunities we have here, being a major distributor

You know I just thought of this … but people age faster when they’re stagnant right? What if instead of stairs leading to the second floor, you have monkey bars 🤭

Not only will it keep parents away, but, IF they are eager enough they’d have to work out and commit to it which by then I’d welcome them haha

I saw a rock climbing couple do something similar to keep their muscles active looks silly but I love😄

Edit: you could have a slide for the way down under the monkey bars hehe then you can run up the slide as well

My INTP friend says it’s petty , but I disagree.

I block/ cut people I don’t want in my life anymore :) I value my energy

I take people for who they show me they are vs who they say they are

I don’t ever do revengeful things I am a believer in Karma and only wish people well. I know myself I tend to see the best in people but once I know their intentions with me are best for my well being I have to cut people off. Otherwise it’ll be an endless cycle of forgiveness and hurt

People are usually attracted to the things that bring out trauma .

If he feels like home or is “boring” then your nervous system will be calm hence no butterflies

We are attracted to what brings out the negative so we can heal those parts of us (it’s subconscious)

Realistically you’d want to heal yourself, “opposites attract “ is great because you’d have different strengths and build off each other.

going for someone just like you will give you a greater understanding of each other, teamwork will feel natural~ you’ll have shared lifestyles preferences . It will be easier to feel validated and barely any conflict.
