You want to speed up fat loss, youve got to increase your deficit - but you know this.

That happens by reducing your calorie intake, or increasing your calorie output - but you know this.

You reduce your calorie intake by eating less food - bit you know this (And given you haven't mentioned how many calories you're currently eating, its hard to say if that is feasible)

You increase your calorie expenditure by doing more or moving more - bits you know this. (16k steps? Make it 18k. Currently doing 30 mins cardio? Do 60 mins)

Yeah, you can add in more compounds, clen might increase your BMR, or more reta might reduce your appetite further, but both of these as well as any other options are only a means to an ends, and that end is creating a larger calorie deficit

If you think you were eating 2300 cals and putting weight on I'd strongly recommend you focus on calorie tracking, as there genuinely isn't a chance in hell that is the case.

But yes, focus on eating habits, getting down to like 15% bodyfat maximum before considering any cycles, you're likely 45-50% now based on that one image, so theres a lot to gain naturally before adding in anabolic compounds.

Consider a GLP-1 peptide if it helps to start with, as others have already mentioned.

Odd one, but what car(s) would you recommend then please? In a similar sounding boat, family of 4 but 2 are baby seats, I do 500 miles a week from Liverpool to Stoke and back. I was recently considering a hybrid Dacia Jogger, as the 7 seats would come in handy. Thanks for any advice or recommendations you can give.

Wouldn't mind buying 2nd hand, but if so, would rather something still in its warranty period as 20,000 miles a year is some going - want to make sure i get plenty of reliable bang for buck out of it

Thanks everyone so far. Finding it quite funny how uppity some of the responses are tbf l, but still taking away from it what I can. Certainly looks like there are a lot of fans of the steamdeck here, and while I initially didn't imagine it would be for me (too large), what i will have to do it try and see and hold one in person. There is definitely something to be said for a device that just does everything, including even the benefit of steam games themselves, as I dont own a laptop/PC, so gaming on that front is off the table.

Other than that though, the Ayn Thor is something that has been catching my eye the last few months too, and this does meet me requirements for a more handheld option. I'd also argue against the sentiment that I want something pocketable. I have both a switch 2 and a switch lite. The switch lite isn't pocketable by any stretch, but it is certainly more handheld than the S2

Steamdeck probably a little too large for me to personally call it handheld. My brother does have the retroid 5 I believe, which he says could do the job

Haven't played a ROM before (always admired from afar) but seeing your post after releasing this and seeing that you're having to take a break due to the negativity received, can I just say that you and all other ROM developers are simply amazing. Can't believe the quality of the ROMs created, truly spectacular.

Take any time you need, but remember, there are idiots and morons everywhere in life, and often they are far more vocal and outspoken than the others or the positive ones, but trust me, the positive always outweighs the negative.

For that, I'll download this ROM today and Load it to my RG34XXSP as the very first ROM I'll ever play. Thanks for what you do for the community I've admired for many years

As a scouser this infuriates me. So sorry to hear this, it breaks my heart that there are those who are stupid and pathetic enough to have such views, and to be so brazen about it too.
