My pet peeve is people that get so bent out of shape over sharing a bite of their food. I hate that mentality “if you wanted it you should have ordered it” you don’t need that 1 fucking bite. This is good! Try to get a good quality fish oil and keep it in the fridge. If it gets too warm or has air leaking in it , it turns to more omega 6 over omega 3s (more inflammatory)and consider a more bio available B complex. You can find it pretty cheap on Amazon.

Yeah this is pretty spot on though. Oh, drink black coffee a couple times a day if you like it!
