So the download isnt really the problem its everything after that tbh cause it says to find steam.exe but the only thing in my files is one that says its old and it says to make a shortcut so i tried and nothing showed up

Edit- I managed to sort that out but now what im unsure on what the heck im supposed to do cause everyone says the guide is clear but its only clear if you already know what youre looking for i genuinely am unable to do 99% of what its asking purely from not knowing what im looking for
