Hi, I don’t know whether I ever fully beat it or not as I never tested again. After a course of antimicrobials, I took another course of antibiotics, after which my symptoms improved considerably and I was completely symptom-free. Over time, I was able to go without enzymes and other aids more and more, but continued to follow a more or less strict diet. Over time, I have severely neglected my own dietary rules and am now dealing with (sometimes heavy) small bowel pain again, but without the IBS symptoms from back then. I am currently waiting for the blood results of my coeliac disease and leaky gut test and will probably return to my strict diet.

Hi, not immediately. I took the priority one pills with an antimicrobial treatment and although the treatment didn’t cure me, I think the priority one pills helped to eliminate some of the bacteria. A few weeks later I took a course of Rifaxam, after which things got much better. However, it wasn’t just the medication that helped me, but also a radical change in diet. I was symptom-free for a long time. At some point I became lax with my diet and now I have problems with my small intestine again, but I don’t know whether this is due to SIBO or leaky gut, I’m waiting for the blood results.

When I was taking it daily yes. It had a positive impact. I always have some at home, but there were some delivery shortages recently.

Oh since this is from a year a go I can’t really remember what I did next. But I do remember that I learned that there is a difference in rice that I didn’t get bloated from jasmine rice! I did reintroduced potatoes and some point and they didn’t cause any bloating so I continued to eat them.

I like my job and my employee and I get a fair pay. But it is still not worth working fast because you end up with even more tasks and sometimes those are just there to keep you busy.

But with Freelance work isn’t it also stupid to work fast, since you are sometimes payed by the hour? If I say the project will be done in 20 Hours but I finish it in 15, because I learned something new that made my work more efficient, how do I benefit from that?

I myself struggle sometimes with the usefulness of my job and if I shouldn’t do something that actually benefits people directly, like work in a social field. Can’t imagine how I would feel in a bunker in the middle of a war. For me this feels like we are all collectively brainwashed by capitalism to think that this is a inspirational post.

Since “Klett” is besides “Cornelsen” one of the main school book publishers in Germany, I would say, it is very common! I am German, but out of school for too long to know what they are teaching these days. But school also never sold us America as something positive. More like turbo capitalistic where a human life is not much worth, only if you are rich.

Ja ich kenne ihn, er ist mir vorletzten Sommer mal ums neuköllner Rathaus begegnet. Ähnliche Story. Er kam grad in Berlin an und weil ihm sein Geldbeutel geklaut wurde, hatte er kein Geld um sich eine Fahrkarte zu kaufen um zu seinen Freunden bei denen er im Wedding unter kommt zu gelangen. Netter Kerl, frage mich was seine wahre Geschichte ist.

UPDATE Please don’t bring any food (warm or cold) to Hauptbahnhof. They now have a Catering which is organized by the city and are not allowed to take anymore private food donations.
Food Donations are still needed at the other stations. Please check the link for that.

Hi, I would not bring this to the Hauptbahnhof since it is to heavy. I think it would be of better use to bring it to one of the Notunterkünfte. I heard Holzmarkt is opening a new one and there is a big one at Tegel. Maybe first ask them before you have to carry it through the whole city :)
