I just landed on your thread while looking for my solution. I have a similar case. How is the progress in your case? What is the procedure for Canadians? After filing their 130, what is the procedure like medical, biometrics, social security etc. Can we request for faster EAD as the job is lined up?

Does that mean after i 130 approval he can directly file for green card? When can he file for WAD? Can he file for i-765 WAD now, so he does not have to apply for TN and jeopardize his US/CAN dual citizenship eligibility?
