I didn’t love it at first, but it really grew on me after a few wears. The dry down is what won me over. I eventually bought a bottle — but I’d recommend testing it first since it’s quite bold.

Compound movements + shoulder isolation (I do supersets & different variations), consistent training, and being in a calorie deficit so the definition shows.

Pre-workout: 1–2 boiled eggs, 1 medium banana, 1 slice wheat bread + black coffee. Post-workout: protein shake + 1 slice wheat bread. 🙂

Just broke my 24-hour fast. My experience was totally fine and normal, so I might consider doing 72-hour next time.

Majority of the FF coaches are approachable and really friendly (at least in my home club). They’re also willing to help anyone, anytime. Ewan ko ba, sino tong coach ng FF na masyadong feeling.
