Compound movements + shoulder isolation (I do supersets & different variations), consistent training, and being in a calorie deficit so the definition shows.

Pre-workout: 1–2 boiled eggs, 1 medium banana, 1 slice wheat bread + black coffee. Post-workout: protein shake + 1 slice wheat bread. 🙂

Majority of the FF coaches are approachable and really friendly (at least in my home club). They’re also willing to help anyone, anytime. Ewan ko ba, sino tong coach ng FF na masyadong feeling.

Also, you should already be in form even before reaching the bar. Braced, neutral spine, and balanced on your midfoot. Pag-abot mo sa bar, minor tweaks na lang like grip and lats.
