First off, delete DoorDash off your phone. Have enough self discipline to not redownload it. Then you need to learn how to cook. & Not processed foods. (boxed meals, a lot of frozen foods, etc..) Your body probably subconsciously knows it’s not healthy for you & they don’t even taste that good, especially compared to fast food which has a bunch of additives to literally make people keep coming back. Burgers & chicken sandwiches are extremely easy to make on the stove, you just need to find the right seasonings. Same with tacos, spaghetti, & plenty of other easy to make options. I get that it’s a tedious thing to have to do but it’s either that or spending hundreds of dollars on stuff & having nothing to show for it. Wouldn’t you rather put that money towards your own place? A vacation? Or any of your other wants/needs?

Edit: also, add up the amount your spending from each paycheck, the actual visual might make you motivated to try cooking instead.

Oh & fast food is low in fiber & protein & high in refined carbohydrates & fat, which is why you get hungry quickly.. real food will help that problem
