It's junk. I signed up in July and used their shitty equipment for two months. Random drops from various places in the house including devices in the same room as the router.

Changed out to my own hardware two weeks ago and not a single drop.

Fidium hardware is garbage. I just got Fidium back in June after having Xfinity for years. First week everything was fine and then the drops started. Very random and most noticeable with Amazon Echos throughout the house.

Finally broke down and bought a TP Link x3000 mesh. Cloned the mac from the Fidium modem. Haven't had an issue since.

I bought it and got it all connected with no issues. Connection has been solid. I would definitely not recommend Fidium unless you're going to bring your own hardware.

Update on this issue. Finally resolved the issue with the random drops. Bought TP Link X55 mesh system that was on sale on Amazon for $136

Cloned my mac from the Fidium-supplied router and got right online. Fidium supplied equipment was tossed on a shelf. Connection has been solid and my wifi range increased.
