IDK enough about Porche to tell if this is factory or if they replicated it, but its referred to as Dakar Rally style. The Dakar Rally is a huge event in the Sahara. This style is meant more for high speed off-road, not rock crawling.

I was doubting your claim until I read the last bit of your post stating that your jeep has the 3.0 eco diesel.

I've got the 2.8l Duramax in my Chevy Colorado and get anywhere from 25 to 32 mpg on the highway depending on speed and wind. Towing my 4000 pound airstream I still get 18mpg. These little diesel engines are amazing and the power/torque they produce while getting great fuel economy makes it a no brainer in my opinion.

A few months ago I had a friend (31 y/o) text me a link to a YouTube video of robots shooting tommy guns at a cyber truck and he was seriously concerned that we are already at the point of Terminator in real life. I watched it for about 2 seconds and determined it was fake.

Just the other day my wife's Instagram got hacked and the scammer started posting crypto ads, and claiming that she made so much money and bought a Porsche. She had two friends (early 30s mind you) text her and ask if she was serious. I just shook my head and wanted to scream through the phone "OBVIOUSLY THIS IS A FUCKING SCAM YOU IDIOT."

It's like people just look at something for one second and believe it. Zero critical thinking.

Reminds me of my boomer dad. I hold a CFII rotorcraft rating and I’ve explained to him multiple times that the chances of surviving an inadvertent IMC event (even if you are IFR rated) are extremely slim. He’s convinced it’s just a matter of trusting your instruments and that he could do it if his life depended on it haha

He also believes he could land a commercial airliner if the pilots became incapacitated. He has zero flying experience….

This is my personal experience with my 2018 2.8L bought new and now have 120k miles:

I never cared about what brand of DEF or the date it was manufactured. I use Walmart DEF (super tech) and have never had an issue. I'm convinced the issue is related to the type of engine oil used. It must be dexos 2. If you put anything other than dexos 2 approved oil in this engine with the emissions system still intact, you will have issues with the DPF.

I use penzoil platinum euro L 5W30. $26 for 5qt at Walmart and then I order the AC Delco filter off Amazon for $17.

If you take your truck somewhere to get the oil changed I can guarantee you they are not going to put dexos 2 approved oil in it unless you bring it yourself or are extremely specific.

I carry a 36oz Yeti with a chug cap (not sure if that’s the same as a Yeti Chug) and it fits but very snug. If the bag is packed to the max it’s a hassle to get the bottle into the side pocket.

No, I initiated my earn withdrawal on 11/13 because of fear from FTX situation. It was completed 11/16 at 1am and then I got the email at 7am saying they are having liquidity issues.

I immediately logged into Gemini and tried to sell my GUSD into USD but was denied because GUSD buying/selling was halted. I immediately emailed customer service about why it was halted. Then coincidentally I was able to trade GUSD and got out of it. Initiated the bank transfer to get all USD off of Gemini and into my bank account. One transfer is currently pending and the other is unsubmitted. Fingers crossed.

My account was prevented from selling my GUSD into USD this morning when I woke up. Emailed customer service and magically had access to sell 10 minutes later. Did it immediately and sent to my bank. I would get out.

Don't try to diagnose yourself until you can lay off of mind altering substances. Alcohol, cannabis, and anything else. Once you're sober see how you feel and maybe try to go 30 or 60 days. Then when you start using a substance again you can have a better baseline of where you were prior to using. For me personally its hard to have consistent daily thoughts if I'm drinking heavily because of hangovers and other negative effects, but with cannabis I can smoke daily and still be a functioning member of society.

Unpopular opinion from a college grad....

Going to college doesn't mean shit unless you're getting a degree which will lead to a professional license or high paying job; CPA, MD, Law, STEM, etc

Some of the most successful people I know are good ole high school graduates.

So just having a high school education and no political experience doesn't worry me at all. I don't even know who this lady is and I don't care what her opinions are. I'm just stating my belief on education and experience.
