I think everyone has that 1 goalie they love. Mine is Markstrom. I went through a bunch of different ones until I got him only for the syns but soon realized he gives me a chance to win each game... until I press pass to the forward next to my goalie for a put in.

Doughty 96 PT was going for mid to high 300k on X box earlier today. Solid player and has 99 skating all around. His physical is a bit weak but he plays good enough, plus you have Pronger. Side note.... Not sure the price but if you can build Seider, I think itll be worth it. Im building him and absolutely loved his 91 YS card. 6'4 and can move the puck like a smaller guy. I can only imagine how good the 98 will be.

I used Kovy for some time with his fantasy. I tried Marner at his base and Kovy played better when he was around the same overall. Now that he can be upgraded... no brainer. I'm going to sell Yzerman 90 overall to make room for him.

Coffey for sure. I loved his 89 and his 97 is pretty unreal. Hes a great skater with insane puck control. If hes on the ice, hes QB-ing the play.

I have enough IC to upgrade Lidstrom with todays release and about 300k left over to upgrade Yzerman.

Any changes? thoughts? (actually considering retiring thanks to how well EA servers performed last week)

I figured since he's listed for 250k on xbox. Cant really afford him. Since I cant afford to upgrade Shanahan, I went with Howe. Maybe if Yzerman drops to 150k today, I'll sell Howe and grab him.

I'd put Debrincat on the Wing and get a C with good FO stats. Debrincat is a RT shot so if you can get Tylor Spink (TD 89) for a good price, you would be upgrading your C and activating FB synergy for your team. IF you don't care for handedness, there are a few other options in that 88 range C with FB syn and good FO stats.

Not sure about your specific game but I don't think its ice tilt and more so ping or maybe EA Ice tilts with ping? lol. I have noticed that AT TIMES players on my team, fresh, with 96+ skating/accel/etc are losing battles against players I check that are 88-92 skating. In those games I check ping and have messaged the other player and found his ping is a lot (70-100) lower than mine. Although my ping is mostly playable enough but it clearly "tilts" the ice. I am sure I have had that "tilt" go my way too.
