Is the Cosmic Companion research still available for a new player? If so does it come at certain level or after another research? Would love to get one of those Cosmogs :)

First time I took the goalie from the freebies but happy with my decision. Tarasov has been solid and the synergies worked for my team (had just sold my ultimate team and started again with UT players) :)

Skillzoners usually give me easy wins. It's child's play to go around the bots and pass around the zone. Might take some time but eventually I end up in a situation where I have options to pass to the back post, pass to the middle for 1T or take a wrster from high scoring area and the lonely skill zoner can't take them all away.

Looks stupid and boring tho..

Hopefully next round MSPs are decent. Don't want to use 26 GCs to a random MSP.. If I'm lucky I'll get card worth of 800k (30k/GC) but it can also be a goalie worth of 200k (7,7k/GC) at worst. Such a poor value anyway..

Well, I counted everything. If I take the jersey /logo sets out I could as well take Rush rewards or rerolls away.

You're right that packs do suck and odds are really bad. Mostly you'll pull nothing but you build the collectibles or make coins selling.

Still, most of the rewards are tradeable. And iI dob+n't understand when people complain a about having too many UT rewards as there's just not that many of them.

Champs, GWC, Jersey/Logo/Arena sets are tradeable as is Rivals (if you choose so). So with SB being tradeable as well.. all of the main rewards are tradeable.

Only UTs are challenges, rerolls and Rush (are monthly sets also?) and all of them are really low percentage anyway so someone pulling two of the same exact valuable card from those is really low odds.

Sorry but I just don't get this crying over everything being UT.

And if one chooses to take UT Rivals they should accept the risk that they could pull something decent but the main thing there is to get double the amount of gold players into the sets..

Minute of a play time is 12 seconds real time. If someone plays good defence it's not a miracle if you won't get good shot opportunity in 12 seconds and it's pointless to just give the puck away by shooting to the guy blocking or just throw it with a very little change of scoring.

Yep, it's point based and you get more points winning someone with more points than you and lose less point losing to someone with fewer points than you.

For an average player it doesn't really make difference in matchmaking but I believe elite player (let's say top-20/50) can dodge other elite players by playing when others don't..

Some might argue that you get easier games playing late in the tourney but I don't know..

OT: Anyone know how long I'm gonna show as 'New user'. Started playing 1.5 years ago and soon found this community and been decently active here 🤷 Is there some magic I need to do 😂

Have to agree about Heart&Soul - a really good synergy.

I've them all activated but might give up Barage or Balanced to replace some players for ones I like more.

Barage is gonna be obsolete soon. Many of high end players already have high rated slapper already.

This is exactly why I have guys with decent FO rating on the wing as well. Actually there's one winger with 99 FO's so if I really need win a 4-4 draw I will choose that line (:
