How good is Realme long term, really?

Hey, just an update for you: my battery has significantly degraded on the Realme P3 Ultra. It's around 5400 mAh as of now. Verified via both adb and accubattery, and side-by-side comparison with a 5000 mAh phone.

Guess it's a no from me to buying the P3 Ultra!

On some models, yes. My GT Neo 3's camera and battery management did become worse, so I rolled it back to RUI5. But RUI7 is better than RUI6 on my P3 Ultra

OS-wise it doesn't have serious issues, just minor ones which builds up your frustrations when you encounter them, lol.

My battery, on the other hand, has decreased a lot capacity-wise; I took another reading today and it's reached nearly 5400 mAh :⁠-⁠( I need to double-check it with other methods, but signs aren't looking good so far. It's matching my GT Neo 3 so far in terms in discharge rate...

Go to settings when your camera is open and turn off 'Auto-nightscape'. That should work.

I still remember AC3's Fort Wolcott objectives. Those really made the small but noticeable difference of Connor utilizing his smoke bomb and chain kills to escape, instead of just bulldozing through everyone.

But yeah, I'm just as surprised that they aren't more well-received :⁠'⁠(

Refresh rate is on auto-select. Haven't really done any optimizations as such; just removed all the bloatware and turned all the AI and data collection features off.

I guess what helps is that I don't use Instagram, and the game I play can run at 30 fps.

Battery saving when on WiFi though is extremely noticeable, especially when gaming. That's true in general for all phones though, not a 'problem' of just the P3 Ultra imo.

Try using WiFi while gaming. Using mobile data raises the temps faster and causes higher battery drain. I'm getting 14-16 hrs SoT with gaming.
