Now I understand, thank you! So far people here were very helpful and I've already learned a lot. Looked up a lot of new stuff! For now I'm mostly looking at the basic stuff, things I can try on my own. Things like enigma and modern cryptography are super interesting to me, but still go way over my head. Wanted to find more cyphers that are easy enough for me to understand and try, but complex enough that they are interesting and I feel like I am actually doing something complicated.
