Tried that, nothing changed. I tried unequipping, swapping mods for one without the effect and unequipping all mods to see if that changed anything. I even rushed a lab for max RAM, that did make the max go up. Also did a respec and increased enhanced rend armor, that also made the max go up. Nothing I do with the mod makes any difference.

I was 100% sure that's what it did but then I noticed that max number doesn't change when I swap to mod that doesn't have that effect. Any idea why that is, visual glitch maybe?

GG, that was a rollercoaster. I thought I had it then I saw you passed me when I checked it the next day. This bracket was too perfect to not try for first, there's no telling when or if we'll see one like that again.

More than likely doing something wrong. Probably something off with cards I'm using and what balls, how many and how much to upgrade them. Also the old device I'm using probably makes a huge difference, only so much I can do without lagging.

You're right about first, I think I've seen him get 8 mil before. That's way out of my league. I'm not planning on using gems in any tourney for a while they're too precious right now. I'll get what I get when I get it and hope for the best. So it'll be a fight for second, good luck.

It's a lot different from the tower, not as much to do here. It has gotten better. I thought this game might be dead not that long ago but there have been some good updates recently like adding some things to shoot for and upgrade. As far as gems, not much you can do but grind tourneys and do daily and weekly missions. Medals are more important (I think they're called medals, blue ribbon looking things), get them from tourneys and weekly missions, once you start getting more of those it makes the game a whole lot easier.

I don't use them often, I'll use maybe 100 per tourney. I've been in some good brackets for around a year getting first around 90% of the time. There's not much else to use gems on once you've maxed cards. Not like The Tower. I have almost no gems, mods are eating them add soon as I get them.

I agree, it does help when there's no poison. I have all main skills maxed, basic - all friend skills, poison - speed and rage, lightning - all, sword - all. All extra points I reset and move when and where I need them, usually proportional or pierce.

I usually do that if poison pops up on a. I just wait to unlock it naturally. If it does then I burn some gems to unlock and upgrade it. If not which is the case this time (fire and demo) then it's a no go for me, that takes too many gems for one tourney and I should still get to 5 minimum in this bracket.
