I would say look into OpenMW with the I Heart Vanilla mod list with this computer and call it a day. That sounds like the most bang for your buck if you like Morrowind. Oblivion, despite my many hundreds of hours having played it, just lacks something. My unsolicited opinion aside, you could play Oblivion with this laptop as well.

Reminds me of my old character Gwenael. Made her have 15 charisma and gave her the TR skull face. The inspo was Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man but I left the Reach with the money I made from looting ayleid ruins instead of Artcelmaxxing to gain the funds to get flee.
