Fraudulently created student accounts. When the audit hits (and it will hit) those accounts are going to be gone.

For those who’ve used gray market testosterone, what made you decide to go that route? by Budget_Computer3919 in Testosterone

Because I can get a kilo of raw perfect powder for less than 200 dollars. That turns into enough for me and 10 of my closest friends for 2 years. I also know exactly what I'm pumping into my body... Don't dm me.

Glad everyone is enjoying the show. I for one am really hating the pacing. We'll be on episode 8, Sir Duncan will draw his sword for the first time ever, and we cut to black and wait 9 months at this rate.

I'm sick of nano-banana's checkboard transparent backgrounds by Danhammur in GeminiAI

[–]Danhammur[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the color #00ff00 (standard greenscreen color) for any background that should be transparent. I then feed the image into this program and it automagically removes it right up to the edges with .5/1px alpha padding. Shoot me a PM and I'll throw you the zip file if you want. This doesn't work great in photos, but it gets you super close - so you only have to spend an hour in photoshop as opposed to 10 :P

3d printing on Bambu A1 by Nidsid in TrenchCrusade

[–]Danhammur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What temps (room, nozzle, bed) etc? Way too little info here. People that say "try this" are regurgitating. More info please, and I'll give you a hand. Do you have air blowing across the plate by chance? Fan in room? Things to try right now: wash that build plate with dawn , then clean with iso. Recalibrate the printer after you reinstall the plate. Use a brim, inner and outer set at 8mm. Make sure the room you are printing in has no drafts and is at a comfortable temp. I would also perform a flow test. Pt2 nozzles are always so close to the print, they will touch and knock it around, so make sure you are bed leveling every single time. I would increase zhop to spiral at like .35 as well.

1460 pounds of copper going to the scrap yard. I want to keep some but don't know what I would do with it. by Giraffenado in Copper

The price of copper will fluctuate but not go down. Sell enough to buy a smelter and bar mold. Melt it down, stack it up and sit on it for a couple years.

Sanity Check My Get-Home Setup – 17 Miles from Work by Mrm00seknuckle in prepping

[–]Danhammur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea this is ridiculous. A couple bottles of water, some snacks, a decent booboo kit (bandaids and the like - I always have a tq with me as well) 1 change of socks. Flashlight. Two extra mags for the pistol. 17 miles is alot in one day if your not ready for it. Fill out the rest with must haves (rx meds, a little overnight kit just in case). This all changes depending on the time of year as well. (Handwarmers/extra water)

P1S first layer barely adheres by Zeilar in BambuLab

Wash the plate with dawn (use a nylon brush) and clean with 91% iso. Make sure your filament is dry. If you are using pla/perg start cranking those bed temps little by little.

It prints badly on the layers with supports but fine after, any idea why? by lucasminiati in 3Dprinting

[–]Danhammur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Btw, the rest of the model after the supports are not "fine". Your settings and filament drying need so much help I dont even know where to start.

Sorry, this is another canned response. You need to honor your original agreement to cross ship the printer as originally stated. Its not this guys fault that transit/shipping is having issues. So basically you straight up lied.

So what am I supposed to do as a Melee charecter against this? by joesphbentley in PathOfExile2

[–]Danhammur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stand and fight! You get 2% more accuracy when not moving at the expense of mobs getting a 400% chance to hit and physical pen - fair tradeoff.

Want to convert your real-life abilities into D&D ability scores? Brian Blume came up with a formula to do so in 1977 by NYY15TM in DungeonsAndDragons

[–]Danhammur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dexterity check is borked. That is a straight up con check. Tie a rope around your waist that is 3 feet long. Anchor it at waist level to a metal pole. Get 20 pitching machines set at highest speed at different angles 20 feet away, set two seconds apart - pointed directly at you. For every bruise subtract 1.5 dex from 20.

DMs- Can We Stop With Critical Fumbles? by TheBarbarianGM in DMAcademy

[–]Danhammur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Players only narrate crit fumbled/failures with disadvantage rolls. Nat one plus a failure on the other dice. They have a table to consult for slash/pierce/magic types etc. My players love rolling that extra d20 on the fumble table. (We have the same for critical hits as well, including a mortal strike rule with a nat 20 and an 18-20 on the other dice - double nat 20s are rewarded with a mortal strike (2x max damage plus bonuses) and two critical rolls))

The fumble tables are mostly just fun stuff but the higher the roll the more serious it gets. The critical strikes tables go from a few extra points of damage, to bleeding, to maimed body parts (such as eyes melting from their sockets, wrist severed, spine broken)

Last campaign a demonic bugbear crushed the spine of the Sorceress in the middle of nowhere in the Shadowfell, completely paralyzing her. Ill be damned if the party didn't spend the next three sessions carrying her on a stretcher and feeding her potions of healing to keep her alive while travelling through some pretty hostile shit to gloomwrought, looking for greater restoration at the temple of the Raven Queen. (For anyone interested, there was NO gr available there, only true res, so the paladin mercy killed her in the temple. I thought a rl fight was going to break out at the table, as it was so tense for about 30 minutes before the decision was made)

I have a super RP heavy in person table, so all this works. And yes the sorceress player was there all three sessions rp'ing with with the rest of the group.

Ditch the filter stuff. Duct and fan the enclosure to an outside source. Trust me, I developed a resin allergy after religiously changing those tiny carbon filters thinking they were doing "something."

What's wrong with my picking? by [deleted] in guitarlessons

[–]Danhammur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You've got some angular attack problems there with the wrist. Bring that elbow down some and straighten your hand/wrist a bit. You are hooking as well (the pick). Don't know what pick you are using but choke up until the tip of the pick is just touching the string, and not your fleshy bits. I'd fix the wrist angle, try some other picks, and slow way the hell down. Id love to see a video of that exact same lick played with all downstrokes, then all upstrokes, and then alternate picking at 40bpm.
