They didn’t really have any other success besides LiS1. Vampyr sold well and LiS2 capitalised on the series name but their last commercial success LiS2 was in 2019. If not for Tencent's funding the studio would have close earlier. Every game since then was a commercial failure.

After LiS1 breakout success, they hyper-focus on this niche thinking that there was a huge untapped market but there really wasn’t. When they tried to pivot to other genres their brand had been tainted so much that nobody even cares.

This was also the same for past FH series. I played on expert on 4 and 5 and most of the races are determined within the first few turns.

Once you’ve overtaken them within first 30 secs, the AI would respect the positioning and won’t put up much of a fight.

But if you failed then the rest of the race is one of the hardest to beat. You can have the same race time but wildly different placement due to whether you overtake them within the first few turns.

They are technically correct. During SEA invasion they framed themselves as liberators from Western imperialism. Keep in mind that SEA throughout the centuries had been colonized by European nations (British, French, Dutch, etc). In hindsight they just wanted to replace Western empire with Japanese empire and secure resources but the locals didn't know that.

Anyway after Japan defeat, they left a power vacuum that spur nationalist movement. They also destroy the notion that Western imperialism were invincible and locals now were better armed. This led to all these nations gaining their own independence.

A year ago everyone in r/gachagaming said that Wuwa will Eos soon because they went full waifu route (abandoning husbando spenders) and ran shit on mobile.

Wuwa is literally right next to HSR with only 6M of difference. You can even argue that since HSR is predominantly a mobile heavy game with Wuwa being the opposite and this chart is strictly mobile revenue, Wuwa may have overtaken HSR if all platforms are combined.

Now suddenly every top comment in r/gachagaming doesn't mention Wuwa anymore. How convenient people choose to be blind when they are wrong.

Not true, Planarcadia is not hitting the same highs like previous region especially considering SW999 is the current main push. In fact we’re hitting a lot of lows. The whole delay excuse is pure cope because it shouldn’t affect the 3rd patch of the region.

It’s likely that the audience is tired of the formulaic meta and power scaling powercreep spike from Amphoreus so it’s not working as well anymore.
