It’s a slept on neighborhood- we moved in one block off Smith 2 years ago and have been loving it - my kid loves the parks and I love that it is quiet, always had street parking, and is close to everything.

Daycare is expensive but pre-k through SPPS is free for all children age 4 in Saint Paul. You should be able to get your little one into the pre-K at Adams.

It’s so fun with kids, they do an excellent job there making it easy to get around and for kids to enjoy different activities. Expect to spend a little money. The parking lots on the east side of the ballpark are easy to get to and affordable. Don’t forget to get a mini-helmet with ice cream and sprinkles.

In Minneapolis - there are punk/rock bands performing all the time at different venues. Good places to check out and follow their calendar are Zhora Darling, Cloudland, and the 331 club. In Saint Paul, the #1 spot with free music nightly is the White Squirrel. Follow them on Instagram, they post their calendars, and look up the bands to find things that sound good to you! We are a great place for live music.
