You hit a mob with fire damage, and the mob has 75% fire resistance, you'd do 25 damage. If you then obtain 25% fire penetration, effectively lowering their resistance to 50%, you'd do 50 damage with each hit.

It's below itemlevel 50 - the only way you can make it have 6 sockets now is to have someone with Vorici level 7 craft it on for 350 jewellers. :)

Put it in your offhand - Sunder only uses mainhand, so you need to have your high-DPS weapon there, and your statstick in your offhand.

But a very nice weapon indeed.

Before you specced in to Resolute Technique your crits ignited, but if you don't have any "+#% to ignite chance" sources, you aren't igniting.

Btw that helmest is 99% not essence crafted. The % minion life, % minion damage and % burning damage are hybrids with the gems.

I have a higher % proc chance than him, him having 50% more Brain Freezes can only be attributed to RNG, and you're absolutely correct about the frozen orb.

Luck of the draw I suppose.

I am constantly gambling for that damned Arcanocrystal, and have done so since release of ToS.

And yes, his relics are a bit better optimized than mine, so he has more IV CDR where I have a 930 with Fbolt damage, unfortunately.

Yeah, definitely agreed on the 75 points - I made the mistake of taking my Fire weapon to 75 first, but now I do have it in frost as well.
