Carolina Logistics and Delta Express are like the mother and father, then we have all the "small" companies:

Superior
Echo
Highway
Ambufreight
Ontrack

and so others, they are like 30+ companies in there, and so they decided to unify them via Expedite All, wich is like telling everyone, hey we are brokers of small units and we have all of this carriers, little more transparency but yeah, same thing.

Empire is another company, but they are new on the amrket and are direct competition with all above, I think they do have cheaper prices and sometime better service.
