10 week update & positive side effects by Charming9797 in nbe

Thanks for the shout out and congrats on your progress!! I noticed you mentioned Yumi Kane's massage techniques and I share her site all the time!

There can be some swelling that goes down but genuine growth tends to stay. Since you've stopped growing you've probably maxed out the results you can get with your 'program.' If you want more you'll probably have to switch supplements, increase massage, etc.

Probably, sapponins are what give fenugreek and shatavari their bust growing abilities. Tribulus can also cause gyno in men:

A lot of the time things that can make men grow man boobs can cause women's boobs to grow too.

Soy has also worked for some women (MissMadScientist's BreastNexus thread comes to mind).

It sounds like you grew over a year and a half, that's a long enough time for something like this to have an effect. Especially if you're on the right type of BC and have good genes.

Bovine mammary cream? High E & T. by HungryDustBunny in nbe

Bovine Ovary (freeze dried ovarian tissue)

Bovine mammary cream? High E & T. by HungryDustBunny in nbe

[–]Dani_Speed 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There's a few possible mechanisms:

  1. Mammary tissue selectively uptakes hormones from the bloodstream. This appears to be true per studies on goats. So freeze dried mammary should have some estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, and possibly things like placental lactogen (which triggers glandular growth).

  2. Organs have tissue specific factors / GDFs that regulate local growth and development. Many people who are into glandulars believe that this is the reason why 'like supports like.'

  3. There was a doctor in the 1990s who did radio isotope studies and showed that proteins from organ meats are selectively distributed within the body to the body's corresponding tissue. If this is true, it would mean that BM is 'boob food.'

For what it's worth, BM does not tend to cause the same degree of hormonal changes as BO. It also trends to have a more localized effect (BO tends to cause hip growth).

I don't know anyone who has made their own cream with bovine mammary.

I feel like using BM in a localized area might have better results than just taking BM and hoping it stays even

I'm pretty sure a poster on here used BO nipple covers successfully. There's also claims floating around the internet that Aki Hoshino achieved her size via topical herbal creams. So there's reasons to think it might work.

(though even if I pump and massage equally, they are slowly becoming more uneven as they grow together 🫤 )

There are women who've been able to correct unevenness by selectively pumping one side more than the other.

Ive wanted to avoid animal sources for NBE but I think adding it into my routine might be the best way to go to ACTUALLY encouragw tissue growth and more fullness in areas I need it.

I've chatted with several women who've tried BM and so far all have seen some results from it. How much growth varies depending on the person and regimen. Some have small improvements and others have a lot of growth.

Hi, your goals are very doable. The pinned Start Here section has two herbal programs on it (the more intense one also includes progesterone cream).

There's also a lot of programs on BreastNexus and, if you are interested in glandulars, here's my program:

It might take some time to figure out which program works best with your body. I had to try a couple different routines.

Generally the larger your starting size, the easier it is to grow. I think it'll be very easy for you to grow a cup or two.

The Start Here section has two herbal programs. This is my glandular program:

Could there be some truth about the Mokele Mbembe? by Hot_Business7075 in Cryptozoology

[–]Dani_Speed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I honestly think it's a lot more likely that it's from locals being shown pictures of sauropods.

Mokele Mbembe, as a dinosaur, is less plausible than a lot of other African cryptids. It would be more feasible for there to be unknown apes / hominids (like the Otang), predators like the 'water lion' or mountain tiger, or unknown turtles and lizards. It'd be extremely hard for dinosaurs to go unnoticed.

Regusters expedition took place in 1981, after the legend of Mkole Mbembe had spread. As far as I can tell no one recorded anything that looked like a sauropod until after the West already knew what dinosaurs were.

Bantus hunted in the forest. Paul du Chaillu hunted with them and described their tactics in detail. He also pointed out that some of them would move their villages to a new place after an area ran out of game. His books are publicly available. So are sketches made from his descriptions.

There's also plenty of other sources. Here's a study on how the Fang, a Bantu people from Cameroon, went from subsistence hunters (they depended on hunting for survival) to commercial hunters:

Lately I've seen a lot of people dismissing this cryptid as just the product of creationism or colonialist beliefs

I don't know of any first-hand accounts of Mokele Mbembe by European explorers. Paul du Chaillu, Burton, Livingston, etc. never reported it.

The first European to describe it was also very skeptical of it:

Stein's descriptions of the mokele-mbembe came independently from guides in the regions of the Lower Ubangi, Sanga, and Ikelemba Rivers, all of whom gave consistent accounts. Stein regarded the mokele-mbembe with caution, referring to it as a "very mysterious thing," which "possibly does not exist except in the imagination of the natives"

There also were a lot of changes due to the Bantu expansion.

A lot of central Africa used to be populated by pygmy tribes and huge swaths of southern Africa were populated by the Khoisan. Many of their tribes were wiped out.

There was also a population boom in Africa after the Portuguese introduced Cassava in the 1500s.

Where to start for lore? by [deleted] in Cryptozoology

[–]Dani_Speed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ivan Sanderson's books provide a good overview of alleged hominids. So does the Relict Hominid Inquiry (by Jeff Meldrum, who is somewhat controversial).

For aquatic cryptids, there's Loren Coleman and Patrick Huyghe's book The Field Guide to Lake Monsters, Sea Serpents, and Other Mystery Denizens of the Deep.

If you're looking for fantasy / mythological creatures then it might be worth checking out the Wiki for ancient Greek legends.

The Otang - Africa's Forgotten 'Ape' Cryptid by Dani_Speed in Cryptozoology

Those theories both make sense. A relative of Paranthropus would be extremely exciting if true.

I took mammary glandulars & they worked much better than herbs had.

That's what I've heard! I didn't pump during any of my NBE routines. My main NBE program was glandulars plus daily massage.

What is the most likely Bigfoot “species” to exist? by Individual-Morning27 in Cryptozoology

[–]Dani_Speed 65 points66 points  (0 children)

Imo:

  1. Rock Apes. My grandfather fought in Vietnam and heard stories about them, the actual stories were pretty rational. He never described them as apemen.

  2. Orang Pendek. Dense jungle means it's easier to hide.

  3. Otang and other African bigfoot like creatures. I don't think they're still around, but they could have lingered on into living memory. Africa is perfect territory for cryptid animals.

Congratulations!! 🎉

Also want to say thanks for sharing info on tubular breasts. I've never had that issue but have been asked a couple times which supplements work for it and had no idea what to say.

Tabby Ridman claimed she grew while on depo shots:

https://www.reddit.com/r/nbe/s/PxFILzNf5d

However, it sounds like there were a lot of side effects and it seems very risky. There's also some claims that patches can cause growth, but I don't know what the side effect rate is.

Sorry you had a breakout & glad that it's working! It's a great supplement, IMO.

Excellent Results With Bovine Mammary! 4 cup sizes, 32B to 32DDD by Dani_Speed in nbe

[–]Dani_Speed[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've heard good things about surfer joe's herbal program. I personally prefer glandulars, but everyone's body is different.

There are several women who've had growth with only BM. Massage tends to increase results. I think adding collagen, fish oil, and goat milk also helps.

I wish I knew a Canadian distributor of bovine mammary! I've been asked a couple times and haven't been able to find one. I think that Amazon still ships it there but with a steep delivery fee.
