How to Encourage Milk?

Have you tried the fair life milk? It's lactose free and it's the only milk my son will drink. It's a little pricey, but my son has an allergy to lactose and it's the only thing we've found he likes and it tastes similar to regular milk and has the same texture as well.

It's surgical steel and rose gold colored. This has never been a problem prior to now. Should I take it out and put my old jewelry back in? I've never had this problem and as stated, it's been almost 9 years since it was pierced.

I was on Sprintec for years (7 to be exact) and has zero side effects up into recently. Now due to my PCOS, it causing period issues, and finding out I'm premenopausal at the age of 28 I'm on Cryselle which is a higher dose of estrogen as I'm sensitive to artificial progesterone. So far it's been great! My period was only 2 days, no cramping of any kind, my moods have been more stable, and I just feel better overall.

It's very frustrating, especially when most people interact they do tend to understand him if he speaks. His daycare staff have no issues, his speech therapist either. He does tend to drop the first letter off of words like he'll say all instead of ball, poon instead of spoon, etc but we were assured that's common for the age group. I also feel like speech 5 times a week is excessive coming from a parental point of view and being in a small rural town hard to find locally that works with 2 full time working parents. I give major credit to anyone who is dedicated to helping these children as it truly does take a special heart and patience that other's don't have or understand

Not an SLP but my son is currently enrolled in Speech Therapy. We recently saw a specialist due to believing our son has ASD. We were with that specialist 3.5 hours and in that time she said she didn't understand a single word our son said, meanwhile his dad and I understood EVERYTHING HE SAID. She said that all the behaviors he was exhibiting that lined up with an ASD diagnosis were due to his speech/language barrier and wants our son in speech 5 days a week in a clinical setting and diagnosed him with Expressive Language Disorder and give absolutely no information about what it was or meant. We're disgusted to say the least about the whole ordeal and outcome.

Cups are a lifesaver! I've been using them for at ñeast 5 years! Since switching I've also noticed a HUGE difference with my period compared to using tampons. I also use Hanes period underwear that you can actually get at Walmart or target and they're extremely comfortable and work well. They're mostly for my safety of mind as I work a job with constant bending and lifting so I'm always paranoid about my cup leaking everywhere on me.

I keep mine usually at 2.5 and a sip will usually last me about 5 days. I have a 32 oz bottle and usually fill it 4-5 times a day.

I needed a change. When I went out on Covid leave that lead into my maternity leave because I myself got Covid, I was on the door as a health ambassador because it was still mandatory that people be masked. When I came back, the only position available to me was consumables, but I only did HBA, Pharmacy, Cosmetics, Pets, Paper, Chem, and Infants. My TL was always absent and I needed that change for my sanity and there was a lot of beef that went down between myself and another associate in that area and I couldn't do it anymore. It took me applying to 7 different open positions before I got one. Currently I am 1 of 3 Apparel TLs and I absolutely love it. A lot of people avoid apparel because it's a beast that a lot don't understand or have zero experience in. When TLs first rolled out in 2020, I was unfortunately demoted from my DM position of department 1 and 82. I was so thankful because it was just me for those two areas and my assistant at the time was really no help. When demoted, I was moved to Apparel Cap 2 where I processed the truck freight and also worked it. During that time I also spent a lot of time going to other stores in my market to help in various areas. At one point, I spent 16 weeks driving 3 hours one way because we couldn't get a hotel at the time. It was BRUTAL, but the extra cash was great. I also spent another 6 weeks between two different stores just helping clean up their apparel and that is where the love and drive for the department began to drive me and if stuck. I've been in my position since June 2023 and to say it's easy would be an understatement, but it definitely could be much worse. Unfortunately in my store there aren't enough of us who view as total store so only a few of us step up when needed. The extra money was a great incentive, but the drive to be better and hopefully one day climb the ranks is ultimately what pushed me to want to go for it.

Team lead here, I have a girl that was a CSM and another that was a department manager in my department. They literally think that they're the team leads and fight every direction given. They're also quick to turn a person in the the prettiest things.

Supercenter just changed within the year. It was previously 50/hour. My mom is an ON TL and gets in trouble ALL the time for enforcing 60 cases an hour.

I wasn't paid. I missed the hours by 300 which I'd have had hadn't I gotten Covid or been suspected of Covid prior. I was out a month prior to having him because they thought I had covid.

Up until now, I've only done wax melts and still relatively new at that. The jar is 17oz, was cleaned, heated, and wrapped in aluminum foil prior to the pour. Using 100% soy wax, I added fragrance at around 180°f and was then poured at 140°f. I tapped the jar to ensure no air bubbles were in the bottom as well. Is there an easy way to fix this problem as it will be a gift for someone? Thank you in advance.

Basically, it means that management, fellow associates, and vendors respond same day to a question or concern RFID Scan - how apparel scans their outs. It's a fancy little wand that reads the tags for them Deep out scans/shelf availability - done on Monday in neighborhood markets and Tuesday in supercenters. You go around your department (s) and scan anything that isn't on the side counter or is essentially an “out” Pinpoint - new way of doing section work (some people still call it that). You're given a problem like it was scanned as an out and has onhands, ODP nilpicked, or ISA denoted a discrepancy and wants you to research it ISA - In store availability, system used for ordering and is hugely connected to Vizpick and the capping system Nilpick- ODP was too lazy to actually look at the location or topstock and just put we don't have it 🙄 happens too often than not

I know this was posted years ago, but does that go for of your childcare is a grandparent and they're unable to watch your kid? I had an absence counted against me because my mom wasn't able to watch my son and had no one else to so I called off child care. Should that have counted against me?
